Our founder

Meet Jeff

Jeff Bruce has spent the past decade partnering with executive leadership teams across technology driven businesses from Seed Stage through IPO. He has led searches across the organization from the C-suite, VP and Director levels through key individual contributors and strategic hires. Jeff prides himself on bringing an authentic, collaborative and empathetic approach to the search business.

Prior to starting BIGFOOT, Jeff spent 7 years with the team at True Search where he was the first member of their mid-management firm, Foundation Talent, and later ran executive searches through True’s Product, Data and Technology practice.

Prior to the search business Jeff worked as an interactive designer, front-end engineer and project manager.
